Studio Space Rental (Full Day)

Service Description

Are you in need of a nice open space with beautiful natural light to suit your creative needs? From video & photo shoots, to workshops & art/film/performance viewings, this space could do you just the trick. With 20ft high ceilings and an approx. 800sqft of open space, a lot can happen within these four walls. The space is equipped with: - An optional double door entrance, with a secondary entrance door on the opposite side of the space. - A garage door access to the building to load and un-load large items. (ex. props, chairs... etc.) - Sink on site - Access to a Douro street entrance. Please note that the building is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Booking Details: A half day rental entails: - The load in & load out time of equipment and personal belongings are within the 8hour time slot. - A facilitator will be on site to let you in & out of the space, as well as being onsite if any assistance is required. Please note: - The neighbouring units in our building include a fitness studio and business professionals that enjoy listening to music. Any function involving recording audio would be best booked on weekends or evening hours when the fitness studio does not have any classes.
